The location was perfect and lovely - adjacent to Stoke's Bet 365 Stadium, the prospect and a residential area.
Some people working there were busy.

Absolutely perfect and lovely position, we greatly enjoyed staying here.
Location: the hotel was not far from Trentham Gardens, National Trust places and shopping centre, Liverpool, and supermarkets. Luckily it was close to Jay's Cafe, had pastries there when it was cold outside.

Everyone here was incredibly welcoming and very pleasant.
All in all, it was good choice for travelling to Stoke-on-Trent. The hotel had perfect and good location right by town centre, Trentham Gardens, and a residential area. Moreover, it was 3 km from Etruria Industrial Museum.

Marvellous and lovely location close enough to London and Liverpool, and the Sutherland Arms, I felt safe. I was given a spotless room with large bathrooms, safe and a well-equipped kitchen.
The staff - some of them were quite busy.

Unbeatable central location, just next door to Trentham Gardens, National Trust places and shopping centre and the outskirts of town centre. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Alton Towers.

Came with my pets, everything was brand-new. Everyone was absolutely friendly and superfriendly. The breakfast offered coffee, toast, and jam. The hotel's position was unbeatable, to the football at Stoke's Bet 365 Stadium. Besides, I were close to town centre, Trentham Gardens, National Trust places and shopping centre, and the Sutherland Arms.

The food was appetising, I appreciated croissants, toast, cereal, and chocolate. The rooms were fashionable and huge, and the bathroom was gorgeous with a bath. The location in a local area was quiet and there were a mall and a supermarket nearby. The hotel exceeded high expectations, I would come here again.

The location was central, particularly good in the pub directly below us. What's more, it was short walk to Waterworld and the centre of Stoke. We've had a really enjoyable stay as a comfortable and good value for money stay.

Amazingly friendly and amicable staff, and good food!!!
Particularly good setting, just off supermarkets, Trentham Gardens, National Trust places and shopping centre, and the outskirts of town centre. Again, walking distance to National Westminster Bank. Good-sized room with all the necessary amenities, iron, for instance as advertised. Plenty of food at the breakfast, including milk, toast, slices of fresh bread, cereals, and yoghourt.
